A New Project

As part of my duties as a member of a local men's garden club, I am part of a group cleaning up a "Heritage" garden next to our town hall. Below are several pictures of the cleanup started on Saturday.

Note the background of lemon balm which has taken over much of the garden. In the cleared area is a geranium sanguinem, a coreopsis lanceolata, strawberry-like potentilla, and lavender.

On this side there are daylilies, another coreopsis, and, when the lemon balm is cleared, much more.

Back to the home garden. Below are photos taken this weekend with a Canon SD700 IS, rather than my pedestrian konica minolta.
